How long does delivery take?

UK – 2 to 3 working day

Europe – 3 to 7 working days

ROW – 5 to 14 working days

Please note someone must be there to sign for the delivery.   A signature is always required on delivery so if you aren't going to be at the address, please let us know and we can rearrange an alternative date or delivery at a new address.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide including US, Europe, Australia and Asia.  Please see below all regions we currently ship too:

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed your order we will send you an email to confirm that it has been received.  When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an additional email to let you know it is on its way.  Our courier DHL will then send email confirmation of your order with the Tracking Reference and you will be able to track your order online. Through our courier companies, we provide an interactive service where you can alter the delivery day etc.
