Tasting Notes
NOSE: Immediate coastal smoke, bonfire embers and smouldering peat, layered with sea spray and iodine.
TASTE: Rich and smoky on arrival, with earthy peat and ash leading the charge. Briny maritime character follows. Salted caramel, cracked black pepper and smoked almonds.
FINISH: Long, warming and dry. Lingering smoke and sea salt fading into oak spice, clove and faint sweetness reminiscent of burnt toffee. The peat smoke gently smoulders long after the last sip.
